A Christmas Reunion

On Christmas Day,I travelled across the mainland (Surrey to Aldergrove) to spend the rest of Christmas with some of my oldest friends who my daughter and I had lived with about half a lifetime ago. Several other old friends were in attendance and it was a really happy Christmas with so much laughter, good food and great conversation. It’s one of those Christmas’s that I will never forget. Some friends I see regularly but some it’s a rare time to see them. So much fun.

This photo is cheating as it was taken at my birthday party. But unfortunately I haven’t received any of the photos from Christmas yet.

Grannyhood

Growing up,I never had a grandmother close. One was in Germany and the other was in Scotland. I was in Canada.

So not having a role model,it's all completely new to me and I LOVE IT. It's so much fun having these lovely little babies to play with. Still learning what being a Granny is all about.
